Some of these are quite good - but from an accessibility and quality point of view the actual sites with free resources dont look especially pleasing. Its true that content is king on a website, but poor design and ugly websites will also turn your users and learners away from your website.
Im going to be looking to add some website building resources to the abilityNet elearning portal - until then you will find a course there called "dive into accessibility" this course will take you step by step through the deign of an accessible, inclusive website, there are also tutorials on using open source tools such as moodel to create your own content.
