I think that in our European context much better is start a Local SMS Newsletter around telecentres, than a community radio.

Sure, in Europe there are not as many isolated communities as other regions... But still, unluckily.

Why don't you provide us information about how to start a Local SMS Newsletter? Could be really interesting.
