Weekly, biweekly or sometimes only monthly, telecentre-europe's Steering Committee holds a conference call to discuss and decide on the organizational structure of the network, governance, membership criteria, network funding requirements & associated plan, etc. Under this contribution we will collect the minutes that come out of all these conference call meetings.
