I have coordinated various training & promotion activities and with the social actors of the region such as the Business School, Andalusia Guidance, Guadalinfo Center and the City of Loja and Iznajar. One of the most important activity was the organization of the eGovernment Days of the 060 Program.
Contribution to Digital Literacy and Community Development:
One of my main contributions was my participation in the 060 Project of eGovernment, for which I presented a project that was approved and which granted the Telecentres of Iznájar computer equipment and the development of a Workshop on electronic Management in collaboration with the 060 agents.
During the last 3 years, we deveolped 100 activities. This might seem not so few, but the the telecentres only open two days a week and 4 hours each day, as they are located in rural areas, far away from any city center. The activities that were developed focused on different issues:

Leadership, Partnership and Resource Mobilisation:
In the short time I have been working for the telecentres, I have always been developing a constant communication and collaboration with the local partners, especially with the Association of Residents of the village of Ventorros Balerma, and with the Cultural Association of the Plaza del Carmen of El Higueral, and also with the Youth Department of the City of Iznajar, Radio Iznájar, Guadalinfo Business School, Andalusia Guidance and the education centers in the locality.
For the activities we have been organizing we always tried to involve as many local social partners as possible, searching not only to promote the telecentres services but also to provide the citizens with a personalized approach, tailored to their needs. We always try to be the local landmark where users can get help and information on grants, scholarships, subventions, projects, work, education and all other services that might be interested for the citizens to knowing or to learn about and for which, through the use of new technologies and the collaboration with other entities, it can be done in a comfortably way without waiting in long lines or making long journeys.
One of the criteria that is always taken into account while planning activities is building new alliances between other public access places and other agencies, companies or entities. In this way, we have organized joint activities with our neighbors at the telecentre of Villanueva de Algaidas, and with other centers of the Guadalinfo network of the province of Córdoba. And we always look for ways to continue and expand more and more these links and collaborations.
