•    We respect and value the diversity, knowledge and experience of local Telecentre staff.  Our work is project and needs driven. We identify, use and build from the knowledge and expertise in local telecentres in all of our work.
•    We believe that working together, we will have a larger impact on achieving a just, inclusive, European Information Society than if we work separately.  We are committed to openly and freely sharing information among network members.
•    We are committed to transparency in all of our operations and decisions.
•    We exist to serve and strengthen our members. As part of this, we are committed to a governance model that provides for member voice and participation.
•    Each member of Telecentre-Europe brings a commitment to our vision and mission and agrees to actively engage in, and support, the work of the network.
