The CNCA is a Federation of groups, associations, co-operatives and social promotion organizations: 15 regional areas ensure both its territorial rooting and a decentralization in decision-making.

Target groups

People tackling various addictions, children and young people with personal and family problems, people in jail, physically and mentally handicapped people, homeless people, people who prostitute themselves, people affected by Aids, migrants, people having psychiatric problem

Other partners:

We cooperate with many social actors as administrators, teachers, social workers and educators both public and private, policemen and justice servants.
