What we do as an organization (100-word description)
We are a training centre dedicated to unemployed women. We organize ten vocational training programs lasting each around one year and several shorter initiation modules to ICT aiming beginners of all kind. Our final goals are employability and e-inclusion.

What ICT or e-Skill training programs does your organization offer?
Our organzation offers a wide variety of ICT and e-skills training programs.
Yearly, we organise ten vocational traning programs, lasting from 9 months to 1 year) and subdivided in four categories: administration and accounting, sales, web design and programming and computer networks. All programs include a very large core of ICT classes ranging from MS Office applications (in all program) to more specific skills varying for each trining program.
Next to those vocational trainings, we organize shorter ICT initiation modules for beginners in the framework of the Microsoft Unlimited Potential program.
What other training services does your organization provides?
We are a Cisco Networking Academy and organize Cisco Certification programs.
Other services and activities:
All our training programs include self assessment classes, job research and job coaching.

Interface3 is coordinator of a network called "Do IT" that counts 10 organizations that represent 60 learning centers sponsored by Microsoft (Unlimited Potential program).
We also coordinate a network of training centers specialised in ICT training for women in the framework of an European proram called "Explore".

First of all, I personally volunteered to be in the European Union advocacy taskforce and in the Funding taskforce.
Otherwise, our centre is specialized in the gender aspect of ICT. Through the ADA project we did a lot of research on Women and ICT. You can find this information on the website www.ada-online.be.
