What we do as an organization (100-word description)
Information Dissemination and Equal Access (IDEA) project brings access to technology and free e-skills training to underserved communities and populations throughout Russia in the form of community-based IDEA Computer Centers, each of which is a partnership involving a local organization and stakeholders as well as Project Harmony's expertise and oversight.

Each IDEA Center provides:
- e-skills training in Microsoft Unlimited Potential Curriculum;
- capacity-building workshops and seminars in soft skills and different applications of technologies;
- free access to computers and internet;
- individual consultations;
- platform for developing social projects in the community.

59 centers from 52 cities
Target groups
Underserved communities throughout Russian Federation including: persons with low income, unemployed, people with disabilities, seniors, rural residents without access to technology and e-skills training
Other partners:
IDEA project is realized by Project Harmony Inc within Microsoft Unlimited Potential - Community Technology Skills Program.
The centers are launched as partnerships with host organizations (libraries, universities, or NGOs), and they collaborate with their local partners, such as regional or municipal departments of culture/education/social protection; social service centers; employment agencies, societies of people with disabilities, etc.
