- Studying the potential of rural areas to become fully habitable again by the emergence of new empowered village structures. Designing and researching the overall structures of such villages. Emhpasizing the potential of telecommunication technology to create equal opportunity in rural areas. Using education as the "Archimedic Point" to anchor these abilities in rural areas. Build a network across Europe and the world of places of access and learning openly sharing their learning processes, not only their materials. Find a language of collaboration and collaborative design. Helping to maintain and elevate the intellectual and cultural commons.
