- Capacity building of CT providers, fostering collaboration among CT organizations, developing and supporting technology literacy and access programs, training CT program staff to offer high-quality curriculum to program participants, and computer refurbishment and distribution programs.

- Training in animation, digital photography, podcasting, 3-D modeling, robotics, computer refurbishment, and instructional strategies to engage underrepresented groups in technology.
