What we do as an organization (100-word description)
I work with the CIS Information & Communication Technologies and Development (ICTD) Program, where we investigate disparities of access to information and communication resources worldwide and the corresponding impact on socio-economic development. The Group's research is relevant for the communities, organizations, businesses, and governments working to build effective, scalable solutions on solid evidence.

The ICTD Group seeks to inform policies and programs that make concrete differences in the lives of the underserved and contribute to the growing, global ICTD community of practice and body of knowledge.
Other services and activities:
We conduct research and publish and present our findings at conferences and meetings around the world.
Target groups
All organizations and partners working in the ICTD field.
Other partners:
We work with many national, transnational, and private organizations worldwide.
Other ways of contributing to the network (please describe):
By conducting research in different locations, we spread knowledge of best practices, help organizations communicate, and provide an analytical, evidence-based approach to program development.
My personal areas of interest or expertise
I'm an ethnographer, so I enjoy spending time with people and coming to understand their cultures, their daily lives, and their achievements in the world.
