3C Intl develops projects with and consults networks of community cultural centers in Bulgaria and abroad on the ways community-based arts and promotion of local intangible cultural heritage, applying the Organization's specific expertise on UNESCO's Recommendations and Conventions on heritage, to be strengthened as a social practice and source of ideas and cooperation for sustainable development
