A network of more than 100 public access points (telecenters) in Bulgaria offering affordable Internet access and consultations, IT training, local small business support.
Other services and activities:
Free or affordable Internet access, IT training, IT consultations, IT services hosting, office services, local small business support using IT and Internet.

All types of audiences.

Government - State Agency for Information Technologies and Communications, Ministry of State Administration, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Transportation - Bulgarian Post; NGOs; Big IT companies - Microsoft, Cisco, HP, Telelink, Stemo; Local municipalities and mayors; Local SMEs.
