Hi David
thanks for your comments. We are putting together the application over the next week and will send you more details. There is a still a lot to discuss and iron out, but I'm pleased that you are happy to support.

This looks very interesting and very valid. We would be happy to work with you to ensure the accessibility of the portal and of training materials

We would also hope to integrate information on self assessmnet of personal ICT needs into the toolkit - helping users to identify the changes to systems required to make them fully accessible to increase employability through the developmnet of further ICT skills.

That would need to include, self assessment, links to free and open source assistive technologies for immediate intervention and support for personal training in using those technologies.

That would then allow those who are either aging or disabled to access the mainstream employability toolkit on a level playing field as all other learners, it would also provide a support strand to assist those who acquire a disability whilst in work to develop the solution to allow them to retain employed status

Very happy to discuss further

David
